    Privacy Policy

    Last updated: August 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Emedia Revolution Ltd (company number 15527918, registered office 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom), trading as BizBlitzAi and Ai Influencer Portfolio ("we", "us" or "our"), collects when you visit ai-influencer-portfolio.com and any associated domain, sales page, checkout or member portal we operate (the "Sites"), why we collect it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this Policy.

By using the Sites you acknowledge this Policy. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and our Refund Policy, both of which are linked in the footer of every page.

    1. Data We Collect

    • Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number, country and billing address, collected when you buy a product, create an account, join a waitlist or contact support.
    • Payment data: payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we never receive or store full card numbers. We retain a customer reference, the transaction record, and the last 4 digits and brand of cards used, for billing, refunds and dispute defence.
    • Account and portal activity data: we log logins and session times, IP addresses, browser user-agent and device information, pages visited, lessons started and completed, time spent on each lesson, videos watched, tools used, content generated with our AI tools, files downloaded, and progress recorded. This is the activity record referred to in our Terms and Refund Policy.
    • Consent records: the exact text of every agreement you accept (terms checkboxes, checkout consents, service agreements), with timestamp, IP address and user-agent, retained for dispute defence.
    • Communications: emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, support chat conversations (including conversations with our AI support assistant) and any other messages you exchange with us.
    • Marketing and attribution data: the source you arrived from, UTM parameters, affiliate referral identifiers, and engagement with our emails and ads.

    2. How We Use Your Data

    • To deliver the products you purchase, operate your account and provide the member portal (performance of contract).
    • To process payments and refunds, and to detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse, chargebacks and payment disputes — including using account activity logs, access records and consent records as evidence (performance of contract and legitimate interests).
    • To provide customer support, including through our AI support assistant, and to verify your identity before actioning account or billing requests (performance of contract).
    • To send transactional messages such as receipts, access details and account notices (performance of contract).
    • To send marketing communications about our products and offers; you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in any marketing email (consent / legitimate interests).
    • To measure and improve our Sites, products and advertising through analytics and ad-platform measurement (legitimate interests / consent where required).
    • To comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements (legal obligation).

    3. Activity Tracking In The Member Portal

For transparency, and as stated in our Terms and Refund Policy: the member portal records the products, pages, lessons, tools and resources each account accesses, together with timestamps, IP addresses and device information. We keep these records to operate the Services, to support you effectively, to prevent account sharing and content theft, and to provide proof of delivery and proof of access if a payment is disputed. If you initiate a chargeback, this evidence will be submitted to the payment processor, card network and bank handling the dispute.

    4. Who We Share Data With

We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run our business, each bound by a data processing agreement and permitted to use your data solely to provide their service to us: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), ConvertKit/Kit (marketing email), WATI (WhatsApp messaging), GoHighLevel (CRM and scheduling), Clerk (authentication), Google Cloud (hosting and storage), OpenAI (AI features, including the AI support assistant and in-portal AI tools), Meta (advertising measurement) and FirstPromoter (affiliate tracking). We may also disclose data to payment processors, card networks and banks in connection with disputes, to professional advisers, and to authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

    5. Cookies And Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for: essential session management and security; affiliate attribution (so the person who referred you is credited); first-party analytics on our own infrastructure; and advertising measurement (including the Meta pixel and server-side event matching). You can block or delete non-essential cookies through your browser settings; essential cookies are required for checkout and portal login to function.

    6. Retention

Account, order, payment, consent and portal activity records are retained for seven years after your last interaction with us, which is the standard period for tax, accounting and dispute purposes. Support conversations are retained for the same period where connected to an order. Marketing engagement data is retained until you unsubscribe or request erasure. Backups roll off on a fixed schedule after deletion from live systems.

    7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR and equivalent laws you have the right to: access a copy of your personal data; correct inaccurate data; erase data ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing; and receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any right, email hello@ai-influencer-portfolio.com from the address on your account; we respond within 30 days. We may retain data that is subject to a statutory retention requirement or that we need for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (including consent and activity records connected to a payment). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.

    8. International Transfers

Some of our processors are located in the United States or other countries outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred internationally, the transfer is made under the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another safeguard recognised by the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

    9. Security

We protect personal data with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage of sensitive records, access controls limiting staff access to what their role requires, and logging of administrative access. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

    10. Children

The Sites are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact hello@ai-influencer-portfolio.com and we will delete it.

    11. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Sites after a change constitutes acknowledgement of the revised Policy.
